RETURNS AND REFUNDS

RETURN PERIOD: You have 14 days from the receipt of your package to return it without needing to provide a reason. Please ensure the return shipment is sent back within these 14 days.

RETURN CONDITIONS: Items must be returned in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition, with tags still attached. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

NOTE:

  • For sale items, refunds are not available. You can only exchange them for another item from the collection or receive store credit.
  • For 1+1 deals, both items must be returned together. We cannot provide a refund or store credit for only one item. You may, however, exchange one item for a different size or color of the same product. If you want to exchange only one item, return just that item and keep the other.

RETURN COSTS: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, varying by courier and country.

RETURN PROCESSING TIME: If you request an exchange when registering your return, we will start processing it immediately to complete it within a few days. Returns are processed within 7 working days after arrival at our warehouse. You can track your return using the provided tracking information. Refunds will be issued promptly, but may take up to 3 days to appear in your bank account.

  • What if my exchange product is no longer available?
    Contact our customer service for updates on product availability or alternative solutions if the product is sold out.
  • Where can I find my order number to register my return?
    Your order number is included in the confirmation email you received after placing your order. If you did not receive this email, please contact customer service for assistance.
  • What should I do if a product is faulty or damaged?
    If you receive a damaged or faulty product, email us at info@coldamsterdam.com with a photo of the issue. Our customer service will work to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
  • What if I need to return my order after the return period?
    Returns should be made within the 14-day return period. If that’s not possible, we offer the option to exchange the product for a replacement . Contact our customer support for further options.
